Project Management  
Our Project Managers are capable of running a project from concept through to production. Each project manager has many years of experience running tooling projects for insert molding. They are familiar with all facets of APQP and work as team leaders within our team feasibility meetings such as FMEA's, Mistake Proofing, and during the development of control plans. Team feasibility meetings are attended by designated representatives of engineering, production, quality, and sales. As the team leader, the Project Manager represents all departments to the customer. This reduces confusion and allows the customer to deal with just one person through APQP to final PPAP.  
 
 
Experienced Tool Shops  
We never lose track of the importance of tooling during the development of a program. Mold and die constructions are treated as critical elements in any program.This is why we have developed a working relationship with several highly experienced Tool and Die shops within 20 miles of our facility. These tool shops are our partners and always complement our engineering team. Unless otherwise requested, all of our molds are of class "A" construction with core and cavities of hardened, ground and polished tool steel.

Dynasty, Inc is a premier state of the art facility designed to build new molding tools in a fast and cost effective manner. This new association will provide two new benefits: A closer working relationship between the tool maker and the injection molder with regard to the final sampling of the tool and quicker repairs of existing molds.

Dynasty has a full in-house design and engineering staff using Pro-E software to design all molds in solids. The Pro-E software will accept most software files from other design software. Their staff is waiting to offer their help in mold design and computer aided 3-D machining so you can get higher parts production with your new product molds.

Dynasty is equipped with complete CAD/CAM systems which are fully networked. Due to the state of the art computerized machining centered we will be able to build molds in a shorter time period than other tool shops. Dynasty has the ability to build low cost prototype molds, extremely fast production injection molds and high speed injection stack molds built to manufacture large production plastic parts and custom products. 		 
 
   
"In House" Tool Maintenance  
Production tooling is maintained by our own tool shop. We monitor tooling by comparing first and last shots. Each time a tool is removed from a press it is thoroughly cleaned, checked and maintained as necessary before being placed back on the tool rack ready for the next production run.
